Avocado, Persian Fetta & Dukkah on Sourdough
Hmm, feeling like something a bit special to eat for breakfast but don’t have any time, usual story in our house! Try this one – 4 ingredients, 2 1/2 minutes and you are on your way. Also great for brunch, lunch, a snack….
Toast the bread of your choice – I’ve chosen a grainy sourdough but use a Gluten Free one if you want to make this completely gluten free
Smash 1/2 avocado with a fork and spread on the toast
Scoop out your favourite Persian Fetta with some of it’s oil and spread on the avocado
Sprinkle about a tablespoon of dukkah over the top

YUM!!!! This is one of my favourite breakfasts/dinners! We have it at least once a week! I usually add a little bit of chopped mint and some lemon juice too! Thanks for linking up with our Fabulous Foodie Fridays party xx
I love the breakfast for dinner! x
I may have been hiding under a rock, but I am heading out the shops will have to get some Persian fetta!
It’s a bit more expensive but it’s soooo good!
