Leftover BBQ chook in Pita Pockets



So quick and easy and so yummy too.  Left over roast or BBQ chicken or any way you’ve cooked or bought it really is great as a lunch the next day.  We like it in pita pockets (because they are NOT sandwiches!).  Depending on your feelings about mayo you could add that (I didn’t as these ones are off to school and by lunch time that wouldn’t be nice), avocado, baby spinach whatever floats your boat really.
