Thai Lamb Stir Fry – dinner done in under 30 minutes

I love the warmer months, we eat outside, the meals a lighter and everything is a bit more laid back except the girls spied the chilli in this dinner and completely arked up without even tasting it.  So once the chilli, which wasn’t hot by the way, was picked out we got on with the meal, not feeling quite so laid back at this point.  Despite that this is a really quick, easy and yummy dinner that can be made in under 30 minutes, chilli optional!

What a brilliant change from the traditional Thai Beef Salad. Hehe your girls are funny! I would always do that as a kid too! This salad is going to be perfect for the warmer months. Thanks so much for joining our Fabulous Foodie Fridays party!
