Frozen Yoghurt Bites – healthy and simple Summery treats

Frozen Yoghurt Bites. No cooking or even talent required to make these little gems.  I was given some fabulous pineapple ice block moulds by a dear friend for Christmas and not only do they make ice look “oh so tropical” they are great for these frozen yoghurt bites too.  My girls have loved eating their “pineapples”, can you tell that’s what they are meant to be?

Very easy to make:

Drop a bit of your favourite fruit in the hole, berries work really well.  Mix up your favourite yoghurt to make it a bit runny  (I use a  greek yoghurt) and spoon it into the moulds then freeze for minimum of 4 hours.

A normal ice cube tray will work just as well for these the pineapples just make them a little bit more fun.  If they don’t all go straight away they can be kept in the freezer in a zip lock back or air tight container.

Also if you like a bit of frozen yoghurt you may like my “Cold Crunchies” which are also a winner around here.

Please let me know if you make and like these ones….
