    So much yumminess right here!! I think you’re absolutely right that everyone is looking for something lighter right about now – I definitely am! We really did enjoy our Christmas feasting but we got back into the fresh salads and lighter fare pretty much straight away once it was over, as we had just eaten waaay too much! I’m loving the appearance of lots of fresh vegies in these dishes. A very happy New Year to you and your family Vicki 🙂

    This will be a great resource over the next few days. We’ve eaten all our leftovers & are very ready for some light & simple meals.
    I’m set to do groceries tomorrow so meal planing some of these!
