Your Weekly Feed # 62

Your Weekly Feed

I’m so glad you have popped in as there is a huge amount of deliciousness being shared here on Your Weekly Feed.  Now that I’m back from my week away and in my own kitchen I’m keen to try out some of the amazing recipes.  If you have tried some we’d love to hear about it too.

I’m jumping straight into my picks from last week.  First up is I Spy Plum Pie’s Sweet Potato & Spinach Risotto, no surprises why I chose it I still can’t get enough of sweet potato! Love it.

Given the amount of beef we have at our house now I’m on high alert for interesting ways to use it all up.  The Annoyed Thyroids Slow Cooker Red Wine, Beef & Mushroom Casserole is going to be made some time very soon.

We have salmon at least once a fortnight here because I love it and it’s good for you, brain food and all those Omega-3s etc.  I can’t wait to try out Go Eat & Repeats One Pan Maple Dijon Salmon for a different flavour.

Kidgredient has a No bake Cranberry & White Chocolate Muesli Bar that would be great for lunch boxes.

I also couldn’t go past Create Bake Makes Milo Muffins whipped up in 10 minutes and lets face it who doesn’t love Milo?  I’m going to get the girls to make these on the weekend – I may regret that decision when I find Milo from one end of the kitchen to the other but I think they will enjoy it!

Clever Kim our co-host and the face behind the fabulous Zonkt Designs has picked out her favourites from last week as well so please pop on over there to check them out.

I can’t choose between the milo muffins and the slow cooked beef stew. I hope your rested self can get back into the swing of things (maybe wear your new dress around the house to remind yourself you actually had a holiday)

Given that I have 1/3 of a cow to get through I’m going to have to make both the muffins and the stew! ha ha on the dress!

Our pleasure Sammie. I’m defrosting a hunk of meat to put in the slow cooker right now!
